- Accueil excellent et très convivial. La description de cadre et du logement étaient tout à fait conformes à la réalité. Environnement remarquable, la villa et le logement superbes, le calme impressionnant, un grand repos garanti. Et que dire de notre hôtesse adorable et très empressée pour que le séjour se passe bien. Nous n'étions manifestement pas à l'hôtel mais plutôt invités chez une connaissance, voire une amie. Il y avait à chaque moment un petit geste en toute simplicité pour nous faire sentir comme de vieux amis de la famille.

Un lugar mágico para descubrir la isla con una anfitriona de lujo. Preciosa villa llena de rincones especiales perfectos para tener momentos inolvidables. Con el extra que tiene una anfitriona como Gabi, que además de ser la perfecta anfitriona (preciosa casa, increíbles desayunos y una persona extremadamente detallista) tiene siempre unos consejos magníficos para descubrir la isla desde una perspectiva totalmente alejada del turismo más "mainstream". Gabi é una persona estremamente accogliente, socievole e sorridente. All'arrivo ci ha sorpreso con un gustoso aperitivo a base di prodotti tipici dell'isola. Durante il soggiorno é sempre stata disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste, ci ha consigliato sui luoghi da visitare, sulle spiagge migliori, gli accessi, la viabilità e i parcheggi. Inoltre ci ha suggerito ottimi ristoranti di qualità dove abbiamo trascorso serate incantevoli. Abbiamo mangiato dell'ottimo e freschissimo pesce. La casa é molto bella, arredata con gran gusto e classe, ricca di dettagli e particolari. Il giardino splendido, con diversi angoli per il relax o la meditazione. Il panorama dalla casa é fantastico, con vista sulla spiaggia di Cala Morell. La posizione é incantevole, Cala Morell é composta prevalentemente da ville e appartamenti in stile mediterraneo, l'urbanistica è rispettosa dell'ambiente, abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato la pace ed il silenzio del luogo, lontana dal turismo di massa. La nostra camera era spaziosa, con un grande armadio a disposizione, un letto molto comodo, un ampio bagno con vasca e doccia, set cortesia, phon... Le stanze sono luminose e la camera da letto ha l'accesso diretto e privato dalla bellissimaa terrazza con tavolo, sedie, ombrellone. Abbiamo potuto fare colazione (con vista mare) all'ora che desideravamo e Gabi ci ha preparato buonissime marmellate e dolci fatti da lei espressamente per noi e altre golosità. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Molto utili il parcheggio auto esterno, la connessione Wifi, la zona per lavare e stendere i panni, l'ombrellone che ci ha dato per le spiagge, i libri e le riviste sull'isola... Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato le creazioni di Gabi che oltre ad essere ottima cuoca, giardiniera, interior-designer, pittrice ecc.. è anche un'artista che crea gioielli molto belli! Minorca è un'isola meravigliosa, con centinaia di spiagge, ognuna diversa dall'altra. Mare splendido e cristallino. Siamo rimasti impressionati dalla cura che riserva la municipalità nella salvaguardia dell'ambiente, predisponendo aree protette per la rigenerazione delle dune, camminamenti curati per l'accesso alle spiagge, parcheggi con sevizi igienici, personale addetto alla pulizia delle spiagge più frequentate e non attrezzate. La popolazione si è sempre dimostrata molto gentile ed amichevole nei nostri confronti. Ciutadella riserva tante sorprese, soprattutto al di fuori delle vie più conosciute. Menzione speciale per il Cami de Cavalls, un antico sentiero che costeggia la costa dell'isola, meraviglioso nei tratti che abbiamo percorso per raggiungere le spiagge.Agosto 2014

Estos 6 días en la Villa de Gabi han sido estupendos!. No solo es cierto todo lo que pone en el anuncio, si no que hay muchos extras. Gabi ha estado siempre pendientes de que nos encontrasemos agusto en la isla, nos ha facilitado playas y calas muy bonitas a las que llegar, dejado algunas cosas que necesitabamos y preparado unos desayunos maravillosos, (cómo echo de menos la mermelada de higos chumbos :-) ). Las vistas desde su villa y la tranquilidad que se respira es algo de mucho valor en pleno de mes de agosto, desde luego ha sido un gran descubrimiento que esperamos poder volver a repetir algun díaCiò che Isabel ha amato del tuo alloggio:

We will never forget the wonderful four days we spent at Gabi’s beautiful home in Menorca in July 2014. Gabi has been an amazing generous host and her knowledge of Menorca has brought us to places and restaurants we would never have found ourselves. The house is very clean, well maintained, spacious as well as nicely decorated in the style of Mediterranean interiors. The main terrace offers a stunning view on Cala Morell’s cliffs and cove The garden is absolutely precious and set up with several long chairs and tables - perfect spots to chill with a drink and book. Every morning, Gabi served an abundant and and delicious breakfast on the terrace. The coffee is the best (Gabi is italian) and she makes herself the jams and some of the cakes. Don’t miss the fig-apple one, our favorite. Gabi is very resourceful and, thanks to her, we were able to enjoy fantastic restaurants in Ciutadella that she had recommended to us. Last but not least, Gabi is a delightful and kind lady who we enjoyed getting to know. Her gift for hospitality goes beyond expectations. She kindly lent me her son’s cloth as my luggage arrived two days late and was always anticipating our needs with the utmost kindness. And now, we can’t wait to come back to Cala Morell! Lo de Gabi es muy fuerte, es como irte a la casa de tu tía preferida,una mujer fantástica, detallista,amable y muy especial, la perfecta anfitriona.Los desayunos en su terraza frente al mar con mermeladas hechas por ella misma son una pasada. La casa es preciosa y para nosotros tiene una ubicación muy buena, estas cerca de ciutadella, en un rincón tranquilo y de mucha belleza, las vistas y el paisaje son increíbles.Repetiremos seguro. Gabi was a fantastic hostess, she ensured we had everything we needed and reccommended the best beaches and restaurants to visit! Her villa is beautiful, set in a lovely town with stunning views. There is plenty of privacy in the rooms, they are clean and tidy, with Spanish charm. We definitely reccommend Gabi's, we had a wonderful stay.Luglio 2014

We stayed at Gabi's place for two weeks and we are one hundred percent sure that we couldn't have found a better place to stay. The photos of the house provided at this listing reflect the beauty and tranquility of the place, it is a few minutes walk to the beach and the view from the terrace where we were having our breakfast is breathtaking. Gabi was a wonderful host and made us feel completely at home like we were part of her family. She is very much fun to hang out with, very helpful when it comes to giving tips about the island or anything one might need. Moreover, she is discrete and an excellent cook! We are very much looking forward to visiting her again!

Gabi es una persona realmente impresionante. Nos recibió como si fueramos su familia. Siempre estaba alegre y vitalista, con un brillo especial en sus ojos. Es una excelente anfitriona y nos hizo sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones son fantasticas, con unas vistas imresionantes a la cala. El sitio es ideal, la ubicacion no podia ser mejor, ya que en la isla siempre debes de moverte en coche, pero el sitio es genial, es tranquilo y esta tambien cerca de todo. Cada mañana nos preparaba un desayuno exquisito, a veces la noche anterior se ponia a cocinarnos unos pasteles exquisitos y hechos con mucho cariño. Realmente recomendio esta villa. Es impresionante. Las puestas de sol maravillosas, y la compañia era inigualable. Espero volver a verla pronto y repetir otras maravillosas vacaciones.Settembre 2013

The villa is more than we expected. The view from the breakfast table to the sea is priceless! The place was very clean. Gabi was the kindest host we ever had. She treated us so well we felt like in a family home and yet she offered us plenty of privacy. It was just Perfect. The location was one of the best as the villa lies on a hill top looking over one of the best calas of menorca (cala morell). The villa by itself is really nice as seen in the pictures and the room/bathroom were quite spacious, very comfortable and fully equipped. The view from the room was stunning and we were treated every morning with an amazing diverse breakfast that included our favorite Gabi´s homemade jams. Also would like to send a big thanks again for our hostess Gabi as she has even made our experiance more unforgettable. First night we were treated to a diversity of tapas and local food/beverages from the island prepared personally for us. She was all kindness at all times and gave us the best advice. She was always there when needed but at the same time you had all the privacy. We can just say it was a perfect stay! Hope to have the chance to visit again one day. Highly recommended.Agosto 2012

A magical, truly magical place. Not only the house and view and beach, which all reminded me of Sardinia, but the attentive hostess who gave us such fine dinners at her home, and took us to great places in Menorca, and could not have been more enjoyable and interested in our having a satisfying time. the rooms were beautiful and immaculate, and the breakfasts, and dinners, perfect. Our hostess was also wonderful about picking us up at airport to bring us to her home on the opposite side of island.
